The original Minilite was made from magnesium and was the most successful competition wheel of the 60's, 70's and probably the 80's. It was the choice of most works teams for its strength and light weight.
The same wheel is now available to the same design for optimum strength in low pressure die cast aluminium alloy which is more affordable but has all the original benefits. Each wheel is machined to order, x-rayed and pressure tested to guarantee strength and durability. Many sizes are now also available in magnesium.
